Meet the trainer, Thomas

Tom is a self-motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic professional, who has eight years of teaching experience within both the Education and Health and Social Care sector.

In Tom’s role as a Health and Social Care Trainer, he has planned, organised and implemented successful training and development strategies for a wide-ranging group of clients. These clients include all areas of the Health and Social Care industry; ranging from, mental health, nursing homes, hospitals and doctors surgeries.

Tom has also worked as an Operations Director, meeting with clients, regarding their requirements and expectations.

Tom has an in-depth and current knowledge of National and Industry specific standards and legislation, which has allowed him to plan, create and deliver bespoke, client orientated training.

Tom has recently worked as a consultant for a Nursing home, managing and raising standard within the home. This included, training new care staff, implementing new policies and procedures, and the general running of the home.
